Being U Lash Art

I found this place on Groupon and booked a wispy set. I was told to pay the Groupon price upfront, which was fine, but wasn’t informed about a $10 minimum tip until after the service. The lashes didn’t match the picture I showed and looked like they were weeks old. I called and they agreed to fix it, but I live 2 hours away and had to reschedule twice. When I finally went back, they filled the sparse spots, but my lashes still looked uneven. I didn’t get the result I wanted and I was charged a tip again. Sadly, I don’t think they know how to work with different eye shapes, especially for people of color. Very disappointed. I have attached a picture of the inspo I showed them vs what I received

As someone with monolids, eyelash extensions are always hit or miss for me. Not a lot of people know how to work on them, and certain lash styles don't always look good on me:(. But this place is so amazing! I found them on Groupon and decided to give them a try and im glad I did, I showed a wispy foxy inspo pic since they look great on monolids and my lash test absolutely killed it and bought my inspo to life. They really make my monolids look bigger. I will definitely be back for a refill in 2 weeks!

I signed up for the membership and will definitely keep coming back. I really love my lashes and the service here is always great!

The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I love Miner. My lashes turned out perfect. I’ll definitely come back!

Booked at 7pm came at the store at 6:45pm and the store is now closed. Dissapointing because I booked at 7pm but they insisted that it was supposed to be at 6pm. No one even bother message me at 6:10 or 6:30. And this shop was supposed to be open until 8pm. Dissapointing and dissatisfied.
