not going to post a before pic cause I'm vain, Natalie has been saving my hair since i met her 3 years ago, haven't been in nyc a bit and couldn't bring myself to see anyone else, watched her turn my wild mop into glamorous elegant magic literally a few strands at a time, I'll be leaving an appropriate gift at the hair gods altar, had eyelashes done here as well, with Ksyusha, cant say enough about the tech's skill level i love you guys, thank you

absolutely disgusting experience with Natalia, the self-proclaimed hair color specialist, was totally duped by her Instagram page, she burned my hair although I was constantly reminding her not to wait for such a long time for the color to develop, totally lacks and knowledge or esthetic perception as far as hair color goes, damaged my roots and existing highlights, was not apologetic, at the end of the "session" she was complementing herself on how wonderful (in her own opinion) my damaged hair looked, leaned really close to my face so I smell a foul odor from her mouth, just want to warn other, don't be fooled by a fake Instagram page! the next day i experienced severe scalp itch from likely low quality hair products that burned my sensitive scalp and possibly infection; then I tried to resolve the matter with the owner Oksana, Oksana became very rude and defensive, will proceed with my complaints since I do not believe this salon should even be licensed

I would like to thank Oksana for a job perfectly done. The haircut and coloring were executed with great professionalism and with close attention to the client's wishes. I would also like to make special mention of Oksana's personal qualities—she is full of kindness, courtesy, and respect for her clients!

My experience at your center was extremely disappointing. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ First, when I arrived, the woman working there could barely speak English and started yelling at me instead of communicating respectfully.❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ The hygiene standards were unacceptable. I have been to many laser clinics before, and they always cover the laser device for hygiene purposes. At your center, the machine was not covered at all, which made me feel very uncomfortable. ❌❌❌❌❌The worst part was the payment. We had already agreed on a price through messages, but when I paid, she tried to keep extra money and did not want to give me my change back. She pretended not to understand, which felt dishonest and unprofessional.❌❌❌❌❌❌ On top of the poor service and lack of cleanliness, the overall experience was disgusting. I will be sharing my experience on Google and other review platforms so that other customers will know.
