Bart Aesthetics - Lash Extensions, Eyebrows PMU & EMSculpt

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here and want to warn others before booking. I got eyelash extensions done and immediately experienced intense swelling, itching, and irritation. When I looked closely, I discovered that the lashes had been glued directly onto my eyelids — something that should never happen during a professional lash service and is considered improper technique. To make matters worse, the technician smelled a little bit like alcohol during my appointment. When I reached out to the salon for help, they refused to take responsibility, insisted the irritation was “normal,” and said they would only consider a partial refund if they themselves decided they had done something wrong — which is unacceptable. I now have to seek medical attention and file a complaint with NYC consumer authorities because of this experience. Please be cautious if you are considering booking here. Safety and professionalism should always come first, and unfortunately, that was not the case in my experience. “I also noticed that the review link they originally sent me was deleted after I raised my concerns. Absolutely love my eyelashes. Had classic set done on my lashes and result was amazing. First I came to this salon for my eyebrows (permanent make up) and decided to book eyelash extensions to try. They last for 3 weeks already and love love love it 😍 (Will attach a picture right after they took)
