came here for a wax cause they had a reasonable price compared to other places. The ladies were super nice and welcoming but I’m a little disappointed in my wax. There is hair left over on my legs still and despite telling them there is still left on knees there was still hair left over. I just assumed because she went over it again it would be done. I also had a bad reaction but I understand sensitive skin, but I feel like maybe a warning should have been given or a patch test? This got me to research waxing some more as I need to put tan on my body soon for an event, I found out that putting wax on your body that is too hot can do the same. The wax was a little hot but for someone who has no clue about waxing I wasn’t sure if that was right or wrong as I was not asked next time I know I will ask. Maybe it was sensitive skin, maybe it was wax being too hot, maybe it was poor quality wax but the left over hair is wrong. I thought it was great that she was quite fast but maybe that was a mistake I made although I did say can you please go over the knees again and there is still hair there. I still thought the staff was nice and welcoming. The prices were good. She made sure to ask if I was okay from the pain of waxing. She did say I can get red skin from waxing, but was meant to relax after an hour and a moisture. I just feel like I could of had a little bit of a warning sensitive skin can turn into rashes not just some redness. Next time ill do my research I’m sure someone with correct training would double check with you as bad reviews can affect a business: Thanks for the treatment either way and the $5 discount. Salon was clean and had privacy in the waxing room. Had Hooks to put my clothes on so they weren’t on the floor.

Amazing service, amazing nails and everyone is extremely friendly! I highly recommend this salon it doesn’t matter which lovely lady does your nails they’re all great. They remember personal details about you and truly care. They pay extra care when doing your nails with a lot of attention to detail. Thank you ladies for always doing a wonderful job and always with a smile and a good laugh!

Thank god I found Kim and this salon !! One stop shop for lashes , waxing and nails. I have tried so many different places and never been as happy with the results every single time I walk out. All of the ladies here are so thorough quick and pay close attention to detail. Genuinely amazing ! Total hidden gem 💎 Beyond happy I found this place 🩷

First and last time! I visited this salon on Saturday morning, and from the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed. I was simply asked what I wanted, with no friendly greeting or customer service. I wasn’t happy with my pedicure. The lady doing my feet rushed through the service, and towards the end I asked to have lotion put on my feet. When seemed to have an attitude and barely applied any. My SNS with nail extensions was even more disappointing. The nail tips weren’t glued properly onto my natural nail beds, and they were all facing different directions. When I politely asked her to remove them and redo them, she became visibly frustrated and kept telling me she knew how to do her job. She removed them with a lot of attitude, and the whole process was painful on my fingers. To make matters worse, she started speaking in her own language while working on my nails, which made me feel uncomfortable. Eventually, another staff member had to take over. Overall, the quality of the work, the poor customer service, and the unprofessional attitude made this a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon.
