Great service, I got my eyebrows shaped and dyed as well as my lashes lifted, something happened in the few days after I got them done but the ladies at Tulip were amazing and managed to get me back in to fix them. Definitely recommend ⭐️ Thank you!

I came in to this place for the first time to get laser. Based on their 5 star reviews and very expensive laser I expected nothing but the best and more appropriate work ethic from their staff. To start off, the salon clearly does not pride themself on punctuality as I was left in the waiting room for nearly 25 minutes. For background, I’ve been getting laser done for almost 2 years and have experienced multiple different clinics. Never once have they layered me in a thick coat of gel all over my body and used a rolling machine. I found this quite strange as I didn’t feel a single thing, which is unusual reflecting on previous experiences as slight stinging feeling is common. Furthermore, in certain private areas, I feel as though there was not much care for accuracy and precision. I found that she was lasering things that should not be lasered and I was worried that it could have given me serious harmful side affects. Besides from this, when I asked her to laser my chest, I was given a judgmental look which then resulted in her harshly lasering my neck - which was not what I asked for. In a very vulnerable situation I expected nothing more but consideration and appropriate technique. This low standard of work ethic is not equivalent to the price I payed. Will not be coming back.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 8 years and have followed them from their original location to the new Kensington space—and I can honestly say it’s always been a fantastic experience. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, creating such a warm atmosphere. Tara is truly exceptional—her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. She always does an immaculate job, takes great care during the process, and listens carefully to feedback to tailor the experience perfectly. She’s polite, professional, and genuinely happy, which makes every appointment such a pleasure. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes! Miranda

Tara has done an amazing job with my brows. I’ve had three previous tattoos in the past that I got removed by few sessions of lasers everytime due to unevenness. She corrected my eyebrows. I’ve never had an even eyebrows before. I am so pleased with her skills.❤️ The session took approximately 2 hours.Before and after pictures are included with this comment, both pictures don’t have any filters.
