Not a bad experience at all but was hoping they would map out my brows first. Tint also wasn’t very dark so I had to redo a couple of days later.

I had the most amazing experience with Irina yesterday. It’s the best lash lift I have ever had, I didn’t realise my lashes were so long, she was able to get them ridiculously lifted 🙌🏼 Not only that but the option of a silent appointment is such a great idea. With 2 young kids I never get quiet time - I was able to completely relax and the ambiance with the relaxation music playing was absolute bliss - I kept dozing off. Best lash lift ever!

Absolutely amazing experience. A warm and cozy atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Therapist Tamana was punctual and gave a 10/10 experience. Very professional and attentive to the finer details. Would highly recommend.

For just a walk in, I couldn't have been more welcomed.The stars are for the excellent service and the perfect results. I wasn't too keen on filling out the paperwork though. And, some better signage might be useful, as I wandered past a couple of times before I found the door😏
