The Lash Squad

I booked in for a 60 minute promotional head spa experience. I wish I could get my time and money back. I was booked in with someone who didn’t speak English and seemed inexperienced. Not the “qualified head spa technician” I was expecting. My face was roughly cleaned with a foaming soap and water was all over my face to clean it off. Then my head was aggressively scrubbed with TRESemmè shampoo. So roughly done my hair was too knotty for her to brush it at the end. I left with dry skin and half wet knotty hair. I felt like a dirty piece of clothing being scrubbed clean. They may have other experienced technicians but that wasn’t my experience.

This was my first Japanese Head Spa experience and definitely won’t be my last. I booked the 90 minute head spa with Julie for both myself and my mum. It was the perfect gift for Mother’s Day and my mum absolutely loved it! It was such a relaxing experience, my hair feels so soft and my head has never felt better. Thank you again Julie, cannot wait to book again in future! ☺️

My daughter treated me to a Japanese head spa for Mother’s Day and it was honestly the best gift! 🎁 So relaxing and therapeutic, and far more than we expected. Julia is very skilled and the ambience with the gentle music was just lovely. The head massage, hair wash and bonus face massage were all beautiful, and my hair felt so soft afterwards. My daughter and I were still talking about it over lunch and already agreed a monthly head spa is well worth it for overall wellbeing. ✨

Had a really lovely experience at The Lash Squad with the 90 minute premium head spa package. I was in heaven from the moment I laid down and walked away feeling so relaxed. I think I even nodded off which is always a good sign. It was such a good price for such a nice experience. I’ll definitely be back 🩷
