It’s my second time coming to Courtney to do my eyebrows and get them waxed and tinted and she has done an another amazing job making my eyebrows look aligned, well shaped and gorgeous! The first time I went to see Courtney for an eyebrow wax and tint she had taken the time to map out my eyebrows, and shape them so they look stunning! She is such a friendly beauty therapist, she is always so bubbly and makes you feel like you can trust her with your eyebrows! She is very talented! I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking a trustworthy, talented and kind-hearted brow specialist to work on their eyebrows! ✨😊

I’ve had the long-lasting brow tint done by Courtney multiple times now and she absolutely nails it every single time ✨ She’s incredibly meticulous, takes so much care in her work, and always makes the whole experience feel so comfortable and welcoming. I've been a client of Courtney's for several years now. She is friendly, professional and knows her stuff when it comes to brows and lashes! My usual treatments are a brow shape and tint, and lash tint and perm. Courtney does an amazing job and I highly recommend her.

Absolutely appalling. After being a loyal client for over six years, I missed an appointment during an extremely difficult period of my life. The owner was well aware of what I was going through. I accepted responsibility, offered to pay the full cancellation fee, attended my next appointment respectfully, and rebooked in good faith (as I always do when I can’t attend appointments due to a crisis or chronic ill health) only to later be told to find another brow artist because she no longer felt “comfortable.” Instead of having an adult conversation and moving forward, she chose to end a six-year client relationship over text and over a situation that could have been resolved with basic communication and professionalism. AVOID THIS WOMAN- she preaches mental health support and safety- but she’s far from. She’ll drop you just like that, clearly 6 years didn’t matter. It’s disgusting behaviour from Courtney to say the least.

Loved getting pampered and looked after this morning. Attention to detail and exceptional work have left my once unmaintained eyebrows stylish and ready for the world to see. Thank you so much, much appreciated.
