Requested for eyebrow threading. The lady told me that she needed to wax the brows first. She dripped wax on my hair and didn’t bother removing it. Neither did she apologise. She was talking to her colleague as she was threading my brows. As she was standing over me, I can feel splatters of her saliva all over my face for what feels like an eternity. It was a horrifying experience. Never coming back!

been here twice and the first time i got wax and threading and it was great. the second time i went i asked for threading and tint, im dark blonde and have naturally light brows and when the lady asked i said i dont like them dark at all but wanted a slight tint, i walked out with black dye and completely botched eyebrows and dye all around my brows. even the shape of the brows didn’t look good and i was disappointed since i loved this place the first time

Came here Tuesday for a quick brow tint and lash tint whilst I was shopping. Had half a tub of Vaseline pasted over my lids and brows, tint applied, and then the woman has a new customer and abandons me for 15-20 mins. Worried my blonde brows are going to turn out black, I ask her to come and remove it. Walk out super annoyed and got home to find out half my brows are missed from the Vaseline including corners inside and out, was wiping the Vaseline off my eyes for the rest of the day, and again the base of my eyelashes are blonde and the rest blue black. Honestly such a waste, I’ve done better myself at home.

The staff is always so lovely and does a great job with threading my brows! Reasonable pricing too. So I'm always keen to keep coming back :)

Horrible sneaky staff. On the 16th of may around 4:00pm I asked for eyebrow threading and waxing, everything was fine up until she dropped a blob of wax on my hair, Thinking I wouldn’t notice, she asked her blonde friend in the other room to cut it off while she was continuing to wax my eyebrows. You seriously think I wouldn’t notice? I am absolutely furious that you didn’t TELL ME first that there was wax stuck in my hair AFTER I just got a professional and expensive haircut done. I asked “Did you just cut my hair??” At which she didn’t respond! and said why did you do that without my permission??! and the lady just said “oh it’s just little bit sorry” SERIOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE! The poor service and behaviour I witnessed from these older woman. NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING! I will never come back here again. I am disgusted that I was treated like this. Despicable behaviour.
