Initially went in for eyebrow threading, ended up getting a lash lift too. Meenu was amazing, always checking up on me as it started to get busy. She provided excellent customer service & made me very happy with the results. Great job☺️

The store had a note saying that the staff is with a customer and will be back at 1140. I went there at 1120. So I was waiting outside patiently and she opened at 1155. And the customer before me did a full facial waxing, eyebrows and upper lips. I was still waiting patiently and then the staff said she had to finish another customer before me who was already doing something inside. I still smiled and said okay. My turn came at 1220 and when I said I wanted to do arm waxing and she rejected saying people are waiting who just came before like 15 mins. I felt all my patience was rejected and my one hour time was wasted. Very bad service from that staff. When I can wait until others finish their waxing and so on, why can’t she tell others. I’m a regular customer here and they normally take only 10 mins to do the waxing whereas the facial waxing almost took 20 mins. I felt so bad for myself waiting there patiently for an hour to hear “ we can’t do it”.
