I had a very disappointing experience today while getting my eyebrows done. The staff member who threaded my eyebrows over-trimmed them, and the result was far from what I asked for (see the photo). What upset me even more was that she didn't acknowledge the mistake or show any regret. Thankfully, another staff member, Param, stepped in, comforted me, and did her best to help. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. They also didn't charge me for the service, which I appreciated. I hope the salon provides better training and quality control so other customers don't have the same experience.

​I get my brows threaded by Param every now & then. I’m always happy with the results, and I really appreciate the extra care she provides.

I’m really disappointed with my lash lift today. The lashes were lifted straight up instead of having a natural curl, and they look uneven and messy. For $70, this is not the result I expected. She even advised me to use a lash curler to make them curl, which defeats the purpose of a lash lift. I wouldn’t recommend this service.

I understand sales tactics and upselling services, however, the way the staff have gone about it is appalling. I was asked if I wanted my upper lip threaded alongside my brows which I initially declined. At the end of my service, the staff members second attempt was to straight up insult me by saying “Are you sure you don’t want your upper lips done? It’s very obvious and hairy, I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want it.” To straight up degrade other women for additional sales is disgusting behaviour and I would never return to condone these practices.

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted today. Hiral did a great job doing my eyebrows exactly as I asked in a way that compliments my face. Highly recommend her
