The Beauty & Brow Parlour Tarneit Central

I visited this beauty shop today specifically to treat myself for my 27th birthday, and honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I am absolutely heartbroken and extremely upset with how I was treated. When I arrived, I sat there waiting for more than 10 minutes. There were two staff members there; one was attending another customer, but the lady who was supposed to do my eyebrows was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing. Not once did she say hello, smile, or acknowledge me — she just let me sit and wait with zero respect or basic customer service. When she finally decided to start, the service was terrible from the very first second. She was extremely rough and aggressive, literally pushing my head around forcefully as if I was an object, not a person. I politely asked her, “Please, can you be gentle? You are very rough with me.” Instead of apologizing or being nicer, she got even more aggressive and rude towards me. At one point, she actually had the nerve to call me stupid to my face — multiple times. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. On top of being treated like trash and insulted, the job she did on my eyebrows is not good at all. They are uneven, not shaped properly, and look nothing like what I wanted or what I paid for. They aren’t even done correctly. Even though I was humiliated, hurt, and the service was incomplete and bad, I chose not to make a scene or be rude back. I paid the full price without arguing, even though I did not get the service or respect I paid for, and I just walked out because I was so upset. This place has zero respect for customers, terrible attitudes, and staff who think it is okay to push people around and call them names. I will never be back, and I am warning everyone — do not come here, especially if you value yourself or want to enjoy a special day. You will leave crying and disappointed like I did.

Extremely disappointing experience at The Beauty & Brow Parlour. I visited on Saturday evening for threading, and it was done poorly. There was a old lady and she ignored my instructions and was unprofessional. I am not satisfied with the service and request a refund. Mostly i got threading from Nirmal dii But that day she was not there ..

I had a terrible experience at the salon in Tarneit Central, in afternoon, the new staff, lady name SABIHA do my brows & shaped & forehead waxing. But I think she didn’t know how to use wax on skin. I feel so uncomfortable. After she finish, my brows area have so much burn and red. I attached my eyebrows photos. Before I always come here for service, but never happen like this. The staff are well trained before👍🏻 It was really disappointing. I am extremely unhappy with the result. I waste my money and time.

Very bad customer experience. Have been there for the first time and the girl was on phone and sitting inside. Didnt say hi or hello. Then the other girl came from inside the room and did my threading. After the threading she charged $20. Means Prices vary even for the threading. If you go for threading then you are supposed to get the eyebrow shape so whats the point of saying if you need cleanup or shaping? Its different price. Everywhere its the same price for threading. But they charge different prices. Very disappointing

I went to do the waxing today at beauty & brow Tarneit central. They burned my skin and took them more than 2 hours to take off the wax. They used very low quality wax and when I said that your waxing is not good and complained to the manager she then tried to do remaining waxing and burned my arms. Very low quality wax and charged me $200 for burning my skin. I have attached photos. I wish I could give them minus stars. Poor staff service too.
