I walked in around 9ish to get threading. But because my beauty lady Rachna recommended I use a henna tint, I readily agreed after what she recommended. She was professional, and informative and made me feel so welcomed and super happy with my eyebrows I feel confident to walk with my head high and not keeping my head down or pretending to find the ground interesting 😅. I had my left eyebrow badly waxed somewhere else but she took care of it. Made me feel relaxed and I trusted her judgement. I'm glad I listened, it was money well spent! Went there at around 4 pm to get my legs and underarm waxed and for eyebrows threading. The lady there directly refused to do my legs waxing saying she has another customer as well(there was only one after me tho) I told her I could wait, that she can serve the other customer first. She didn’t bother replying. So did my threading. And then while waxing my underarms the wax was just too hot at one point I flinched but there was no reaction from her side. Before leaving I asked her if I could come for leg waxing the other day. Firstly she told me to come after 9 am but then she told me to go to highpoint branch. I was so disappointed. I had previously had my full legs waxed here around 2 months ago , the staff then was so nice. She was alone as well but she didn’t refuse. I even made sure to know if I needed to book an appointment for future for waxing but was told I could just walk in. The 3 stars is for the previous staff and her service. Today was just a disappointment.

Lady kept on asking personal questions, and wouldnot stop midway even when waxing the eyebrows. I had to keep quiet and stop replying, bear in mind, i don’t know her and it was my first time there. So you cannot really be going into peoples private life just for small talks. Please remember that when we come in, we take time off work and most people likely prefer no talk rather than curiosity talk. I hope they learn etiquette and stop intruding. Thank you

Was nervous as i haven’t gotten my eyebrows done in a brow bar type of setting but the lady working was so kind, talked me through my fear of having brows done and pushed to convince me to go from waxing to threading while both providing the opinion to start waxing and see how i went! she listened to what i had to say with my tinting and made the process overall amazing! walked out feeling confident 🥰

I did full face waxing just for 35 dollars - the lady was amazing and she did full face at an amazing price - I highly recommend everyone to go here at sunshine and get premium service at under 40 dollars
