The Beauty & Brow Parlour Point Cook

I had a very disappointing experience at the Point Cook branch. The eyebrow threading service I received was extremely poor. The shape has been completely ruined, and I now have one eyebrow that looks uneven and unnatural. When I raised my concern, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told it was due to my “natural eyebrow shape,” which is not accurate. I also felt the service lacked care and transparency. I was not offered a closer mirror to check the progress during the appointment and only received one after I specifically asked—by which time the damage had already been done. Unfortunately, this is also the second poor experience I have had at this branch. After my previous visit, I gave the salon another chance, but I have once again left feeling dissatisfied. Overall, I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I would like to appreciate Surbhi's excellent customer service. we are going to beauty & brow for more than one year, she always greet us with nice smile. My daughter always prefer Surbhi to do eybrows as she is very gentle. I would recommend her and give 5 stars for sure. Thanks 😊

Came in for brow wax, tint and lash lift and tint. Brows were waxed then tinted and the leftover regrowth has now also been tinted. Lash lift is the worst I've ever had. My left eye is barely lifted looks like a 4 week grown out lash lift and the right eye did not lift at all. The worker was rudely on her phone when I arrived and answered several calls while doing my services.

I had a great experience at stockland, beauty and brows parlour. Threading and waxing both were done gently and with utmost care of my sensitive skin. Specially Surbhi’s professionalism and caring attitude which brings me back here only.

Surbhi always does an excellent job with my eyebrow threading and moustache waxing. She is very professional, attentive, and consistently delivers great results every time. I truly appreciate her skill and care, and I always leave feeling satisfied with her services. Highly recommended!.
