Very bad experience today a new girl I hadn’t seen. Went at 430 the door was closed . She didn’t want anymore customers. I asked what time it closed she said 530 but had to clean. She agreed to tint and shape my brows. She was clearly in a rush and they are very uneven she has chopped into one side. My lashes were tinted she didn’t use any water to get it off just a wipe. I drove home and had dye in my eye and couldn’t see . I’ve never had a worst experience and I will never go back. She kept telling me she had no break and she clearly rushed my brows . I don’t usually write reviews but the services today was appalling and my brows are awful.

I had a full face wax here today and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The waxing was done poorly, and I ended up with several tiny cuts/abrasions on my face that are quite painful. I’ve had full face waxing done at other salons many times before and have never experienced this. I hope the salon pays more attention to staff training and customer care to prevent this from happening to others.

I have come back two days in a row during the advertised opening hours and BOTH days the BRB sign has been up on the store. I have returned a few minutes later and it has still been up. If you aren’t going to be available during the advertised opening hours. Change them and don’t waste peoples time. Terrible and unprofessional experience. Do not recommend.

Meghna is an artist. I have been coming to her for so many years but never had any issues. I highly recommend her as she is amazing.

I went to Oakleigh Parlour on 26/03/26 to tint my lashes and brows. The lady was talking on a phone for the WHOLE procedure ( holding phone between her shoulder and ear)- I was scared that she will pock my eye with something. It was done very roughly & in very short time- leaving my eyebrow just straight line and barely there lashes. The only words she uttered in English were: “what colour” and “have a nice day”. I went there only because two months before it was younger technician who was topping up my lashes during tinting, so they will be covered very well and followed shape of my brow. She was asking how I feel and was keeping me updated how long. It Colour lasted 6 weeks. There’s more completion in Oakleigh, so I will spend my money there, even if it’s more than your $38. Next week I will need to redo my eyelashes as they already “ lost” their colour. NEVER AGAIN😡
