The Beauty & Brow Parlour Northland

I normally love going to this place and they normally shape my brows really well. However last night I went in to get my brows waxed and the lady who did them did such a rushed poor job. I couldn’t see in the mirror at the time how uneven and poorly shaped my brows were, I’ve never had my brows done so rushed and carelessly before. She left one thicker and one thinner. It looks absolutely terrible and I’m so disappointed with the poor quality of the lady who did my brows last night, I’ve never been this disappointed enough to complain.

Every time I’ve been in I’ve had a great experience! I came in for wax and eyebrow threading and very happy with the results. Daljeet is wonderful! She’s very warm and welcoming and has a great attention for detail! Highly recommended and will be back! Thanks again 🫶

I had such a wonderful experience! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and I felt really well taken care of throughout my visit. A special mention to Aaru, who was absolutely amazing, so professional, gentle, and attentive to detail. My brows have never looked better! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great results and lovely service.

Usually, I’ve had an okay experience here. They offer inexpensive eyebrow threading, so you do get what you pay for - a very basic, quick service. However, over my last few visits I’ve noticed the service has become much more rushed and quite rough. Unfortunately, during my most recent appointment the therapist cut the skin below my eyebrow while threading. Because the mirror is shown so quickly at the end and my eyes were watering, I didn’t notice the cut until I got home and the fact she missed a fair few hairs (shown in the picture). It’s still quite painful several hours later. I understand the service is budget friendly, but there still needs to be a reasonable level of care and attention to avoid injuries like this. I hope this feedback, along with other reviews mentioning similar concerns, encourages the business to improve the quality and care of their service.

Excellent service. Got satisfactory results. Thanks sakshi for giving me wonderful services. This is going to be my permenant salon now. Just an advice for management to consider reducing the prices.
