The Beauty & Brow Parlour

My eyebrows and upper lips were done at Metro today. I received multiple cuts on my eyebrows and lips as a result of the girl's rapid cutting. She refused to give me a break when I asked her to do so, as she was peeling sheep in a rude and harsh manner. She repeatedly advised me to breathe as I became very scared. There will be no return. It is poor service with no emotion and care for the clients only ripping people off by claiming to be fast when in fact, they are dumb in understanding the needs of clients

Horrid customer service! Would give it 0 stars if I could. Went in last Sunday at noon time to get my eyebrows waxed. There was only one lady serving customers and after waiting approx 40 minutes, I was served.while I appreciate she was trying her best to finish the job quickly, she used burning hot wax and ripped the skin off my eyelids. I called the store the next day and was told by one lady working there not to put a review because that looks bad on the company. Soon after, I get a call from another lady letting me know that they cannot provide me with the owners number as the owner doesn’t answer calls and that I should send the lady the photos of my eyelids. No point talking to the people working there because the point was that the place needs more staff which can only be managed by a manager!Absolute shame and will not recommend this particular franchisee at fountain gate to anyone.

Went today and asked for a brow wax and tint. I am a very fair girl with blonde hair and very light eyebrows. The lady did the wax which was fine then proceeded to dye my eyebrows with the darkest shade after i specifically asked for the lightest shade they had. I then left and they said they would fade, I went to my car and couldn’t rub off any excess so went back in to get them fixed and they lady was very rude, rolled her eyes and only after I demanded them to be fixed she tried too which was unsuccessful and I left the store with black eyebrows. I then had to buy hair dye remover in order to get them to a somewhat brown shade which cost me much more than the refund that I requested. I will never return, it was horrible.

Got my lashes done there yesterday. Was a lovely girl but lashes are not good… They use cluster lashes all over, looks cheap and tacky.. but then still charge you over $100 for them. Not worth it for quality, go else where, can see the lash clumps..

Sadly have to post a negative review after being a regular client. The lady who waxed my eyebrows decided to lather the wax all over my face in 1 go rather than doing it bit by bit as they have always done. Nor did she add pressure after removing the wax to reduce the sting and prevent redness etc. Lo and behold, my eyelids were burnt and are now puffy and have a red mark on them. Just what you want before and event! Very disappointing to have to find a new place for my eyebrows now.
