The Beauty & Brow Parlour Eastland 2

I had a great experience at the beauty and brow eastland, recently i went there for my face was and eye brow wax. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the salon was clean and relaxing, and my stylist "Nina" really listened to what I wanted the perfect eyebrows shape. After waxing she did threading to make sure my face is all clean. She was very gentle throughout the procedure. The final result was even better than I expected, and I felt the service was worth the price. I’d happily recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality beauty services.

I visited this store recently to have my eye brows and eye lashes tinted. Female staff member at the counter was very friendly and nice. The staff member who actually did the work, did a reasonable job but had very poor communication and left me with a very sore neck. I was not kept up to date with what she was doing, nor even told when she was leaving me to let the dye set, etc. The staff member had time while working on me to have a conversation in a foreign language with other staff members. I asked this staff member several times, could she raise the headrest, as I had no neck or head support, but I was ignored. The chairs are either suited to a person of short stature or for someone who was able to slouch down and have the chair lay almost flat. Located on level one, between Coles and Woolworths. Clean and bright store. Plenty of underground parking.

Excellent customer service by Masi. I went in yesterday for threading and Masi did a fabulous job. She is soft spoken, kind and amazing at her work. Highly recommended

Best customer service, always will leave you looking sharp. I get threading and upper lip. My tip for looking good without makeup. Been to the same company elsewhere and not satisfied, Eastland is the best!

Christina did my eyebrows and she was very nice, professional and definitely knew what she was doing. I was very happy with the result as she made my eyebrows look neat in a short amount of time. Service was gentle and would definitely come back again 👍
