The lady today was very nice but was extremely rough with my eyebrows commented saying one is shorter then the other so she couldn’t do much about making them even I’ll post a photo of my eyebrows! She made my left eyebrow bleed and then said she would tidy them up but didn’t I had wax in my eyelash and heaps still on my face she put aloe vera to try dim the redness down but her bottle was out so she put the tiniest bit on my right one. AND to top it off my right wasn’t wakes properly. Would not recommend!
Christina is absolutely amazing! She does both my eyebrows and my mom’s, and every single time we leave feeling so confident and happy with the results. She’s gentle, precise, and really listens to what we want. Our brows always come out perfectly shaped and natural-looking. On top of that, she’s friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience relaxing. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our eyebrows—Christina is the best! Highly recommend! 💕
I had a very bad experience about ten days ago. When I first entered the salon, I was actually happy to see that the staff were Iranian. After greeting me, they asked me to take a seat. A lady was angrily talking to another woman about turning on the heater, and from their conversation, I realized her name was Masi. She was speaking in a very harsh and angry tone, while the other woman kept saying, “Of course, Masi,” trying to calm her down. But Masi kept raising her voice. I was sitting there waiting, watching this argument and anger, and they completely ignored me as a customer. When I was about to stand up and leave, the other lady told Masi, “The customer is waiting.” Unfortunately, I heard Masi say, “Well, she can wait, I’m talking right now.” After a few minutes, she finally came to do my eyebrows — still with a frown on her face and anger in her voice, without even a simple apology for the delay or her loud tone. I expected her to apologize, but she didn’t. She started the service, and unfortunately, she ruined my eyebrows. She kept saying the problem was with my brows because I had tattooed them before. When I expressed my concern, instead of apologizing, she behaved rudely and insisted that she wouldn’t charge me for the eyebrows. But money wasn’t the issue — respect and professionalism matter more. In the end, I didn’t pay for the eyebrow service, but I waited before writing this because I wanted to see if my eyebrows would grow back, to make sure whether the problem was with me or with her work. Now that they have fully grown back, I can clearly see that the problem was her poor work. Yesterday, I went to another branch for another service, and the staff there were extremely polite and professional. When I told them about my bad experience at the Eastland branch and mentioned Masi’s name, I was shocked to find out that she is the manager. That explained everything — why the other woman kept saying, “Of course, Masi, I won’t do it again, I won’t turn on the heater.” Honestly, I really wanted to tell the angry lady that speaking like that in the workplace is completely unprofessional, and I felt sorry for the other woman who was being treated that way. When I found out Masi is the manager, I was honestly very disappointed. A manager and all employees should be trained in proper customer service — the customer should always be the first priority. They should serve the customer first and then deal with personal or shop issues later. They should also be trained that raising their voice or showing anger in the workplace is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. And if they make a mistake, the right thing to do is to apologize, not to say, “I have many years of experience, the problem is with your eyebrows.” I would not recommend this branch to anyone. If the manager doesn’t understand customer service and respect, then it’s no surprise if her staff don’t either.
Well for my experience the local beauty shop is also the mechanic I highly recommend not taking your car there or anyone female
messed me up so bad. went in to get my eyebrows threaded and ended up waiting for thirty minutes only to get the most rushed job ever. Lady’s fingers smelt of onion and she ripped some eyelashes out. Ended up with the most botched eyebrows ever and missed my train.
