I had a really disappointing experience during my eyebrow threading appointment yesterday. I was polite and respectful, but the staff member who attended me was extremely rude from the start. There was no greeting, no smile, and her overall body language and attitude felt very unwelcoming. After I left, I noticed one eyebrow was thicker than the other. When I went back, she said I’d be charged extra to fix it due to “company policy,” which made no sense. I’ve been here many times with other staff and was never charged extra—nor is that normal anywhere. Instead of fixing it properly & acting professionally, she kept arguing about charges even though I had clearly explained what I wanted from the start. The salon itself is nice, and I’ve had good experiences with other staff members, which makes this even more disappointing. However, this particular experience completely ruined my mood. To the owner: you have a great place with capable staff, but I strongly suggest ensuring that customer service standards are maintained consistently. There’s no excuse for rude behavior in a service-based business. I really hope no one else has to go through this kind of experience. I’m talking about the lady who worked on 9th April 2026 in between 3pm-4pm. Thanks for reading. I just read Amrita B’s review and the exact same thing happened to me. After handing me the mirror, she went straight to the payment counter without properly finishing the service. She didn’t even remove the leftover hairs or offer gel—I had to take it myself. But that’s okay I didn’t mind taking it by myself but it was very body language it was so so so rude. Amrita is absolutely right—if someone can’t show basic courtesy and humanity, they shouldn’t be working in this industry. I think it was the same lady.

I got my brows done at the Dandenong plaza on 8th Jan 2024 around 1:30 pm the women who did mine was pregnant..,,no courtesy to clean up all the hair from my face after threading my brows like seriously any salon I’ve been to always cleans up afterwards. I could actually feel she was pulling out my hair one by one ,,,I clearly asked her that I want thick eyebrows please and just the extras to be taken out but she made them so thin and one eyebrow was up and the other was down and took so many extra hair from the front of my right eyebrows,,after doing the mistake she is asking me if you want to buy eyebrow pencil well it’s a good sale strategy but atleast don’t ruin anyones eyebrows😕She charged me $15 and 0.23 cent on top. This was my first time here but never ever going again. You guys doing a quick job and charging $15 plus surcharge at least do a better job for your customers to come back again. Now it makes sense to why they have so many negative comments here. Waste of my time and money! Disappointed

The pricing feels higher than expected, and the value does not seem to match the amount charged. Please review your charges and consider clearly displaying all service fees in advance so customers can easily understand the total cost before the service is provided.

Today, 27th November. I went to get eyebrow threading. The lady took was rude, didn't even ask me what I wanted done, just went ahead, basically screaming at me to hold my eyes tightly. Pushing my hair back abruptly. They are the rudest bunch if staff I have ever seen. No wonder they don't have any customers. Not even a fake smile. She ruined my eyebrows, didn't do much. Before me she had a customer they spoke the same language, took over 30 mins with her. Never again, the worst customer service ever. Don’t waste you time and money. Maybe they are forced to do the bad job.

Worst experience, the lady was on her personal phone, speaking away while doing waxing and when questioned, she was arguing that she is allowed to take personal calls when serving customers. Absolutely awful service and ignorant staff. The ratings here are a true reflection of this place - TERRIBLE.
