Someone did arms and half legs waxing for me today. She used too much oil on my arms and legs after vax. Literally I had to used wipes and tissues to clean it. She did not wax on my hand hair. Even though I asked for it. Furthermore, She dropped wax on my pants and did not say sorry for that too. When I asked for manager to see. They said she is busy and gave her number. Did try call her but did not go through. I did not have that bad experience with beauty and brow before. Need to train your employees more

Got my brows thin for the first time and Arsh did a perfect job and I felt so comfortable too! She also did it step by step incase I didn’t like it too thin! Definitely recommend!

Had a bad experience in Cranbourne saloon. I did my eyebrows and they ruin my eyebrows. They didn’t even look similar. And the staff was so rude and didn’t even say sorry. One girl did my eyebrows within 2mins and it was bad so I asked to correct them and the other girl make it worst. They don’t know how to treat customers. Don’t know how to greeting or smile with customers. Feel so bad to visit this salon.

I had a very bad experience with eyebrow threading here. The process was extremely painful, and my brows even started bleeding, which has never happened to me before. It felt like the staff member did not have proper experience with threading. She didn’t check if I was okay while doing it, and I had to tell her to stop because of the pain. Even after seeing the issue, there was no real apology or concern. Customer service was also poor. There was little communication and no effort to make me feel comfortable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I hope they improve their skills and customer care because no one should go through this during a simple threading service.

Took my client here to get her eyebrows waxed, they left so many hairs. After asking to fix it up she said they can’t they are ingrown. So I asked to show her. I plucked it out myself. Gave her back the tweezer and told her that it’s not my job to do. Will not come back.
