I got my eyebrows done here yesterday, and unfortunately the experience was not very professional. My skin became extremely irritated after the eyebrow threading, which has never happened to me before. By the next day, I noticed a lot of pimples appearing around the threaded area. I also found the salon environment quite unhygienic. Threads were hanging out of the bin, and the work station did not appear clean. During my appointment, the staff member doing my eyebrows took a coffee break while I was left waiting in the chair, and she did not wash her hands after drinking her coffee before touching my skin again. It has now been over 24 hours since the threading, and my skin is still very red, irritated, and uncomfortable.

Always get my eyebrows done with Priyal (Chadstone) she always gives the best shape and doesn’t leave my eyebrows feeling thin. She always suggests the best services that actually work for me. Overall the staff is so friendly and easy to communicate to. Genuinely some of the best beauty services are provided here. Definitely recommend. (especially Priyal) 😊

I visited this store on 22 August at around 5 p.m. for eyebrow and upper-lip threading, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who served me, Ketan, seemed to be in an extreme hurry and completed both services very quickly and quite harshly. The threading left me with multiple cuts around the area, something I have never experienced despite having my eyebrows threaded regularly for almost 10 years. What concerned me even more was how the situation was handled afterwards. Once she finished, she simply said, “I’m done,” without asking me to check my eyebrows or whether I was happy with the service. When I checked myself and pointed out the cuts, her response was essentially that “it’s going to happen anyway.” There was no apology, concern, or attempt to clean, sanitize or disinfect the areas that had been cut. When I asked for her name, she initially refused to give it to me, saying that she did not want to. When I continued to raise my concerns about what had happened, she eventually told me, “Next time, don’t come here.” I then asked to speak with the manager and explained the entire situation. Mistakes can happen during a service, and I understand that. What made this experience particularly upsetting was the complete lack of care, accountability and basic customer service afterwards. Being left with cuts is already unpleasant, but being dismissed and then told not to return simply because I raised a genuine concern is unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, particularly regarding hygiene and how customers are treated when something goes wrong.

Had quite a disappointing experience today at your Chadstone store, around 3:10 pm on the 27th of March. I had originally gone in to get my brows done, I told the lady I’ve been trying to grow my brows out for a long time to be able to get them super even after I get them done. I explained parts of my brow I did not want touched as well. I did not get the name of the lady who did my eyebrows but she was taller than all the other workers in the store and has long dark wavy hair. Everything seemed fine, she said she noticed the arches of my brows were uneven and she’d fix that for me, which I was super happy about as I want my brows to be as even as possible. When she had finished she didn’t show me the brows in the mirror and something seemed off, I paid and left and look at my phone camera and gasped. All the time it took to grow out my brows wasted, she had carved all the hair off and they did not look even at all. Both brows had be thinned which I specifically did not ask for, and the ends of both my brows were uneven. Where she stated she was going to fix the arches of my brow, she actually made them even more uneven. I was super upset because my brows make me feel confident and now that was gone. I walked back into the store explaining to a different lady I was unhappy and asked for my money back. The lady grabbed who I assumed was the manager, a smaller in height and more mature women. I explained what had happened and got her to take a look at my brows, the lady who did my brows then appeared and started to back pedal making up lies that she didn’t touch certain parts of my brow and they were already like that. Lucky for me my skin is super sensitive and she had been so harsh the parts she stated she didn’t touch were bright red from her doing. The manager stated there was no return policy and the best thing they could offer was a $15 gift card which I was happy to accept. Then the lady who did my brows came back and said would you like me to tint your brows as well. The manager was in the middle of writing my gift card and smiled so I assumed all good When I sat down I said I don’t want anything to intense really natural because my hair color is light than my eyebrow hair color. She again completely disregarded my wishes and made them a dark brown nearing black. At this point I was so upset and frustrated I just wanted to get my gift card and leave. I go back up to the register and I ask to receive the $15 voucher, to my surprise the girls decline me saying “no we gave too the tint that’s $20”, and I said well you offered me the gift voucher and never communicated I could receive one or the other because in that case I would have a chosen the voucher. They get quite defensive a start raising there voice at me and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my side. They called me selfish and said the tint was worth more than the gift card and that maybe in the future they can give me a discount, yet another false promise from them Left feeling defeated, confidence gone and money wasted. Super disappointing customer service and brow skills from there girls. Will not be returning and would not reccomend anyone to go to this brow parlour.

I went to do my eyebrows threading and one of the staff told me that I need to pay 20 dollars for my eyebrows threading. I asked why I do threading here in 15 dollars then she replied you have big brows. Customer service is not good enough here. If the base rate of threading is 15 dollars then why would staff decide the rate?? I left the parlor as i feel the environment is not welcoming.
