I never post bad reviews but wow this was the ABSOLUTE WORST. Bad service, even worse after-service by the OWNER. I went to get my eyebrows threaded. The girl was so rough on me and now I have wounds on my eyebrows. Also got a lash lift, my right eyelashes are STRAIGHT the day after. The medication was itchy and stingy on the eyes and she was so rough whilst doing it. I said “ouch” a couple times but she did continued poking me roughly. Went back the next day to ask for a refund. The ladies asked me to call the owner Hema who was completely rude. She did not even apologize or even try to be empathetic with the customer. She even screamed at me over the phone saying her employees have been there for years. HORRIBLE service and even worse after service. So disappointed. Spent $85 for such bad service. Do not waste your time or money here.

I had my hair done today with Amar, and it was such a lovely experience. She greeted me so warmly, which made me feel really comfortable right away. It was also so nice talking with her. She’s very friendly and easy to chat with. She was incredibly gentle with my hair, and I really appreciated the care she put into everything. I absolutely love how the results turned out—my hair feels so smooth and looks so shiny. I’m really happy with it and would definitely come back for my hair rinse!❤️

Amar is amazing. The first hairdresser EVER to treat my curls properly & professionally. Also superb colour and service. Highly recommend. Amar listened to me and I’m very happy. ❤️

I recently had my eyeliner tattoos redone at Skin Brow Junction by Hema, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hema was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. She has such a great eye for detail and truly understands what suits your face. She was able to beautifully correct the previous work I had done and create a look that complements my features perfectly. At my second appointment for a touch-up, I mentioned that I wanted to go a little longer at the edges, and she knew exactly what I meant. The result was perfect — exactly what I had envisioned. I’m so happy with the outcome and will definitely be returning for future appointments, including getting my brows done. Highly recommend Hema to anyone considering cosmetic tattooing!
