I’ve been going to Simply Brows and Lashes for a while and have always had good experiences, but my last appointment with Koma really stood out. She completely fixed my brow shape. I came in with uneven brows and no real structure, and she transformed them into an even, defined shape that actually suits my face working with my natural brows to get a more even angular look. which is exactly what I needed and something I’d never really known how to do myself. If you’ve got tricky brows (gaps, uneven growth, etc.), Koma really knows what she’s doing. This is definitely one of the best results I’ve had and highly recommend booking with Koma.

Really impressed with my eyebrow mapping, wax and keratin lash lift with Suruchi. She did a fantastic job shaping my brows, really listened to what I was after, and talked me through the realistic options for my natural brow shape. My lash lift also turned out beautifully and has lasted so well. Highly recommend!

First time customer here. Had a great experience getting eyelash extensions. Talked me through all the different options before we started to make sure I was comfortable. Table has a comfy leg rest so your legs are elevated while lying down. Like that they offer special discounts on certain days of the week.

Really happy with my brows. Great service, felt comfortable as a male. Came in with a couple of caterpillars. Samaa Was my brow tech and she did a great job. Thanks team I’ll actually follow up with regular appointments this time. Very happy, shop is clean, staff are tidy, shop is busy. ♥️

Had lash extensions done here and love them!! Very cosy relaxing vibes. I was surprised how fast my lashes were done. Definitely recommend staff are very friendly and professional
