She consulted me with my wants for my brows and lashes, she made sure I was comfortable, kept me informed throughout the process and she ATE with the results. She is also an angel to chat to!!! I had such a wonderful experience at Simply Brows and Lashes with Kitty! 💖 I went in for a lash lift and brow lamination, and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. Kitty is incredibly skilled and detail-oriented—she really took the time to understand the look I wanted and made sure everything was perfectly tailored to suit my features. My lashes look longer, lifted, and so natural, and my brows have never looked this full and polished. The whole treatment was relaxing, and Kitty made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Been going to Lash & Brows for 6+ months now for lash extensions. I usually like a more natural/anime-inspired look, and after a few visits I found a really good fit with Ayane. She always does such a nice job, and I find the appointments really relaxing. She’s also super patient with my twitchy eyes haha. I had my first lash lift and tint and I honestly wish I’d done it sooner. Norah was absolutely lovely — she went through the styles of lift and shades of tint, explained what she was doing as she did it, and monitored to check there was no stinging or reactions. My lashes look awesome, I had a really positive experience and I will defs be a return customer!

Mona was fantastic, I went in to get my eyebrows threaded but she looked at my brows and suggested I try lamination - I’ve never gotten my eyebrows laminated before but she was very accommodating, explained it in detail and let me know I could go for a natural look to start. She also showed me different options of brushing them depending on what style I wanted. I love my new brows and will definitely be back soon - thanks :)
