I had such an amazing experience with Natalie! I completely forgot to mention before my appointment that I already had eyelash extensions on, and they had been making my eyes itchy and a little painful. Natalie was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to carefully remove every single extension without causing me any pain or discomfort. She then applied a beautiful new set of lashes that I absolutely love! They’re so light, comfortable, and perfectly done. You can really tell she pays close attention to detail—none of my lashes are stuck together, and the application is so clean and precise. Natalie’s patience, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and the results exceeded my expectations.
