Richmond Nails & Lash Bar

I was able to get my nails done here, the first time after being a mum. Such a gorgeous place. Chelsea was wonderful and so accommodating as well as easy to talk to. I asked for a cat eye lilac color nail and she delivered beautifully! I will definitely come back here and make it my regular!

The only place I go for my nails! Always done well, always remember me, never rush the job even when I ask for something that takes longer than expected. Thanks Chelsea & team, you guys are the best!!

I had such an amazing experience at Richmond Lash and Nail Bar and genuinely can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly- the whole team is incredibly friendly and makes you feel instantly comfortable and looked after. Chelsea did my BIAB nails and WOW… easily the best set I’ve ever received. She was so thorough, took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and really paid attention to detail. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients, which makes such a difference. My nails look flawless- I’m obsessed. Nima was also so lovely and welcoming, adding to the overall vibe of the salon. The whole space feels super professional but still relaxed and inviting, which I loved. It’s absolutely worth the price for the level of care, skill, and service you receive here. You never feel rushed, and they really prioritise quality. I’ll 100% be coming back!

I have been getting my nails done here for the last year and a half and never leave disappointed!!! My expectations are exceeded every time and I am always in awe of how talented Chelsea is. The staff are all so lovely and I would highly recommend Richmond Nails and Lash bar to anyone

This was the worst manicure I’ve had in Australia. I went in as a walk-in the manicurist wasn’t Chelsea. She actually told the person who was doing my nails to fix them, which makes me think if Chelsea had done them herself the result would have been much better. I got shellac and not only did I end up with polish all over my fingers, but two of my nails had way too much product, making them look really messy, while other areas of my nails were left without any polish at all. I pointed it out, but all they did was add another top coat, which obviously didn’t fix the problem. When I showed where the polish was uneven, the person just filed a bit and added more top coat. It seemed like they didn’t know what to do, and at no point did they offer to redo the nails or adjust the price. Overall, a terrible experience and I definitely wouldn’t come back.
