Play Brow and Lash Bar

I had my first ever appointment today with Pranisha and what should I say. Im so happy with my eyebrows and lashes. Such a big glow up within 1hour. Thank you so much Pranisha, youre the best !

The staff are caring, but I do have concerns about the hygiene standards For my waxing appointment, I was taken into a room where the bed linen had not been changed between clients. I was given a towel to cover myself, which was then refolded and placed back on the bed for the next person. After wiping myself, I had to ask where to dispose of it, and I was not offered the chance to wash my hands — I had to request it and was directed to a staff room. The technician sanitised her hands with hand gel but did not wash them beforehand.The prices are also quite high, especially for brow threading. At this price point, the service should be exceptional, but unfortunately it wasn’t.

I honestly can’t recommend Tara at Play Brows enough. From the moment I walked in, the whole experience was professional, relaxing, and welcoming. She took the time to understand exactly the look I wanted and absolutely delivered. My lashes came out flawless — full, lightweight, and perfectly shaped to suit my eyes with her new UV light technique. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and care throughout the appointment was next level. If you’re looking for someone talented, reliable, and incredibly skilled at what they do, Tara is your girl.

These ladies are amazing! I’ve been coming here for years for a lash lift + tint and eyebrow tint + thread and they are perfect every time, without fault. All the ladies are lovely too and very calming. Plus I love that they keep your tint colour / thread shape on file so it’s consistent every time!

Tara did an amazing job of my lashes! She used the new technology of UV light for faster drying and long lasting results. Great experience thanks Tara!
