Pink Angels Nails & Lashes

I recently had a manicure with gel polish done at this salon. The nails looked nice at first, however the gel started peeling off on its own the very next day. I did not pick or remove the gel myself, so I was disappointed that the service did not last as expected. When I contacted the salon about the issue, the owner blamed me for picking the nails and said that I was the first person to have this problem. I felt that my concern was not properly acknowledged, as I was only asking for a fair solution after paying for a service I expected to last longer. I understand that issues can happen, but I believe customer concerns should be handled professionally and with understanding.

I had a shellac manicure and pedicure (hands and feet) done yesterday, but the shellac started peeling almost immediately. The service was done very quickly, and the quality did not match the $100 price for a single-colour shellac. When I returned, I was told there are no refunds, only a redo, yet they could not tell me how long I would need to wait to have it fixed. The owner was not accommodating and even blamed me, saying I placed my nails incorrectly in the UV lamp. The interaction made me feel they were unwilling to take responsibility. Overall, very disappointing quality and customer service.

Worst experience ever!!!! I always have acrylic she suggested me to go for gel as they stay longer…. I barely do any hard shores at home but last night my nail just came off while picking up a glass and its been only 7-8 days and then this morning i called at store and asked that would you be recovering this nail or not she legit said no in an arrogant tone and then hung up… and then i tried calling again couple of times and no answer!!! I mean like is this your customer service ??? Go learn some customer service!!!

Kelly is an amazing, easy going person to talk to. I called while I was out shopping, just 30 minutes before closing, and she immediately said yes without hesitation. I drove straight over and I’m so glad I did, the service was fantastic and my nails look the best they ever have. I’ll definitely be making this my regular salon.
