Had my brows done here at Glen Waverley store microblading big mistake! First thing I noticed the sheet on the bed wasnt overly clean which looked very tacky, whilst having treatment assistant kept coming in asking questions thus interupting the session, very unprofessional and I told them so. I had asked for a light taupe colour showing brow pencil, as I had stressed not too dark, ended up with brown, gaps with strokes uneven, some fine, some thick when again I had stressed fine even lines and was told by Nilemah - oh yes that's what we do! I was also told she had earnt her qualification in London which I highly doubt. Stay away from this salon very unprofessional!!!

While I would love to provide a positive comment I simply cannot and I am simply adding this review to warn others. I have been getting my lashes done for +6 years and want to warn everyone to not get your lashes done here. Before coming here my lashes were healthy and now they are completely destroyed with no lashes left. They use way too much glue to the point my eyes were in pain the entire appointments. When the lash extensions began to fall out they did not fall out as they should but in large chunks. Please do not risk your lashes as I did.

I had the most amazing experience with the Multi-Detox Clay Treatment today! I've had facials at many places before, but this was by far the best. She did a fabulous job — handled my face so carefully and gently, took her time, and ensured every step was done with precision and care. My skin feels refreshed and glowing! I had the worst experience here getting my eyelashes lifted and tinted. Not only did the treatment do absolutely nothing (my lashes weren’t curled at all), but I also had a terrible swelling and my eyes swelled up badly afterwards. When I reached out about it, instead of showing any care or professionalism, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, even trying to blame me for what happened. I asked for a refund and was treated with zero respect. Completely unprofessional, careless, and downright horrible customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
