Kim is amazing: incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and so good at making you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. I loved it so much I’ve already booked again next week to treat my grandma. My scalp felt so clean and light afterward, and the whole treatment was incredibly soothing. The place itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable, which made the whole experience even better.
