She’s just such a warm and gentle person, and I felt super relaxed the whole time ❤️ She did my lash lift and eyebrows and I’m so happy with how everything turned out, the time honestly flew by because we were having such a beautiful genuine conversation! it literally felt like I was catching up with a friend 🫶🏼 Masooma is so sweet and really takes her time to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with everything. Masooma is truly one of a kind! She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and patient, always checking in throughout your appointment to make sure you're getting exactly the results you want. She never rushes and always prioritises your comfort. She has been my go-to for threading and lash lifts for the past couple of years. I have very sensitive skin, but I never experience post-service breakouts or inflammation with her, because she is careful about hygiene and skin prep. It makes such a difference! It was my first time with her and I’m someone who is very particular with things. Most of the time when I’ve gone to other places I leave a little unsatisfied because something doesn’t look quite right. But with Masooma, I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied. She’s so friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Definitely my new go-to lash tech and I highly recommend her!
