Really disappointed with my experience. My appointment started 20 minutes late with no communication. There was little to no communication throughout the appointment, including no consultation about my lashes or what would suit me. Based on the great reviews, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism.
I have been here about 2 yeais! It was a great place for me to do lashes. Good service and friendly staff. Must try!!!
Absolutely love my lashes! Lyly was so professional, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. The results are beautiful, lightweight, and exactly the look I was going for. Highly recommend!
