Locks Lash

If I could leave a lower review in the negatives I would DONT even think about purchasing a course or lash materials from here !!!!! , I purchased locks lashes body conturing course to add my already clinic , the course it self was okay with minor spelling mistakes but when I received my machine within 4 weeks it was broken and made a TERRIBLE sound that was PAINFULL i tried on 4 different clients and they said it was UNACCEPTABLE. After bringing this up with there support team they set me up with a call with the owner ( Derik ) he did NOT want to give me a refund and just cared about his money and really didn’t even want to send me anything and kept saying the course is good the machine is good and making seem like it was nothing and how my clinic could thrive off this - after agreeing on refund I shipped the machine back , it has been 4 weeks AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED - what kind of business is this the owner Derik said he would do a refund after the machine has been shipped and it has been 4 weeks back and forth with there support team the poor employees don’t know what to tell me because he doesn’t want to refund me , save your money this is a Huge headache and they I’ll send you a faulty machine go to a better company they are with holding my funds and are not even refunding me the whole course only the machine - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY !

I've just started my educator course with locks lash and I am loving every second of it. The payment plan was easy to set up and access to the course was very prompt. The course is easy to follow, engaging and very informative. I will definitely study with locks lash agin. I've also been using locks lash hybrid tint, lashes, lash pads and glue and my retention is improving on clients who struggled with retention issues. The lashes are perfect for the textured lash sets some new clients have been asking for. Love every aspect of locks lash!

I’ve bought lash products from Lock Lash before and always loved the quality, but now I’ll be doing the body sculpting course soon and I am beyond excited. I did my training with Locks Lash many years ago and hadn’t continued further due to the harrassment of emails and follow ups over nearly 6 years. This company has not let it go and cannot respect the multiple requests to unsubscribe and removal from further interactions as I have no further intent to participate or speak with this company. I’ve found training elsewhere that are more respectable and understanding. I will be submitting an investigation following another email received 13/5 and the multiple attempts requesting to not be contacted again with the OAIC and ACMA

Love the glue 💕👌 Absolutely love the glue from this shop! The quality is excellent, it holds really well and lasts long without causing any irritation. Super easy to work with and gives a clean, beautiful finish. Packaging was neat and delivery was fast too. Definitely a reliable product and I’ll be repurchasing again. Highly recommend!
