Lila is very friendly. She understands what I want as well as I booked consultation first with her. I definitely recommend this place. The length for this look is 12-14mm, wet look style mix with hybrid. And the eyelashes are sooooooooooo light, despite the glam & thickness, I don’t feel any weight at all! Kudos to this place ♥️

I absolutely love coming here! The girls are always so welcoming, friendly, and professional. I did have a small concern with my lash look at one point, but as soon as the team became aware of it, they handled everything incredibly quickly and went above and beyond to make things right. Their customer service, care, and generosity genuinely impressed me. Honestly, I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. My experience has always been positive, and it’s clear that the team truly cares about their clients and takes pride in their work. My initial appointment didn’t go as smoothly as expected, as the style of lashes wasn’t quite what I asked for, but the staff was kind and understanding throughout. I had messaged them about my concerns on Instagram and they really took the time to listen and made sure the situation was properly rectified when I came back in. After getting them fixed by Lila, my lashes came out absolutely beautiful. You can genuinely tell that Lila really cares about her work and takes the time to get everything perfect for her clients! I really appreciated how this was handled, and I’ll definitely be coming back 🤍✨

I’ve been coming here for a while. Usually no issues. The last few people I’ve had no longer worked there. Today is my second time with this lash artist (Zia). No issues last time but today was miserable. I came in with no lashes. Gave them a break for a few months. I’ve been up since 5am and naturally I fell asleep. Happens to the best of us. I snore at times and today I did and could hear her leave and make fun of me with someone else. Following that, today was painful. Genuinely the most painful. I feel like the tape on my eyelids have ripped of some minor skin. Right before we were done we weren’t done. I know lashes stick and sometimes you need to break them loose. It was pretty stuck. Then as we were trying to separate my eyes would burn and were flipping into my eyes. I no longer had any tape under eye pads on. One lash got ripped out and she replaced it which is nice. But then started working on my lashes with no protection just felt like she was ripping stuff. I genuinely felt like crying I was in so much pain. My eyes were so watery from being pinched and yanked at so much that when I was done I had to hold my eyelids open to the fan to dry them. Watery eyes made the chemical reaction burn as it’s mixing with the glue. After looking at my lashes they look too clumpy, too many and they’re basically on my lash line. I’m so upset with how everything happened today. I understand pinching happens. The volume might not be what you want. But today, on top of all that, you were a bunch of mean girls. I’ll go back to my old shop I used to frequent out east.

I’ve been getting my eyelashes done for the past 12 years and have lived in so many places this is by far the best lash studio I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and the beds are the comfiest and coziest ever. Zia always has me feeling so pretty! Aside from that, they use really high quality products because my own lashes have really healed. Best retention out of any studio I’ve ever been to! 💗💗
