Worst experience of my life, no professionalism, had to re-book 3 times because of Emma's poor time management skills. When I finally did book an appointment, Emma was in a bad mood and shaved my lashes and eyebrows off, if you're looking to get your lashes done, go to an actual salon, not this dump. 0/5
