I was offered a free lash service here, but my lashes didn’t last nearly as long as they usually do with my previous tech. A few months later, I was shocked to be asked to pay for the “free” service, and they even took legal action against me. Now the original company is liquidated, I’m wondering if the new business, Elevens, is responsible for the debt it owes me?

I have been traveling 3 hours each way every 2 weeks to have Jade do my lashes. I know!! I’m talking 7 years plus. Even I can’t believe the commitment. The thing is, during COVID I went to other technicians in regional towns & even though some were pretty good there was no comparison in the standard of the finished product. I have tried others in South Yarra when I’ve not been able to get a short notice appointment with Jade, never found anyone to match her standard. So even though it has taken me years to write a review I have always found Lash Design to be my number one choice and Jade is my number one technician of choice. Thankfully Jade is super obliging & can usually find a way to fit me in & send me off with beautiful lashes that suit my eyes and my age. And a smile 😊

I have been going to Lash Design Studios for many years and even after moving 15ks into the suburbs I still travel to Lash Design Studios to get my lashes done and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Jade and her team are always super friendly and very welcoming and they do everything to make sure you are comfortable during your appointment. The team also genuinely care about the upkeep of your lashes/brows. As someone who is very sensitive to lights, the team at Lash Design Studios always make it a priority to make sure I am comfortable during my appointment. They offer yummy teas and a blanket to make sure the experience is an enjoyable one. I never leave without feeling amazing with a new set of lashes. I would highly recommend this studio. If you go, you wont go anywhere else :)
