I had my lashes done by Yuka and had such a great experience 💕 She was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right away. The service was also very fast, but still super detailed and professional. I’m really happy with the results🫶 They turned out exactly how I wanted. I didn’t feel any discomfort at all during the appointment, which is rare for me. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend Yuka!

I got my eyelash extensions done by Winter a week ago! First of all, the consultation was amazing. She really understood the look I wanted and matched it perfectly. She kindly asked about my preferred length and style, which I really appreciated. She did such a great job that I actually fell asleep for an hour… haha. I highly recommend this place!! It had been a while since I last got extensions, so I was a bit nervous, but people around me said I look much better with them. Thank you so much for making them look so beautiful! 💖

I’ve been to this place twice. My first visit was a positive experience, which is why I booked again. For my second appointment, I booked with Sophia about 2–3 weeks in advance. Two days before my appointment, I was contacted and informed that she was unavailable due to personal reasons and visa issues, and that she would no longer be working there. As a result, I had no option but to proceed with a different technician. However, when I arrived on the day, I was surprised to see Sophia working at the studio. This made me feel that I hadn’t been given honest information. I understand that schedules can change, but transparency is important especially when appointments cost around $140 and are booked well in advance so clients can choose their preferred technician. Being upfront would have been far more respectful. I also reached out to Sophia directly last Saturday to raise concerns about the lash lift result, but I have not received any response. The lash lift itself was poorly done. Some lashes are lifted while others are not, resulting in an uneven finish. I specifically asked for a C curl, but the outcome does not resemble a C curl at all. In some areas the lashes appear over-curled, while others are barely lifted. I was told the appointment would be rescheduled with someone experienced, but the result did not reflect that. As I’m going on holiday in a week, my lashes will now remain like this for several weeks, which is very disappointing. Given the premium price paid and the advance booking, I expected a far more consistent and professional outcome. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

Had the pleasure of getting my lashes done by Eun Shin. She was incredibly gentle and sweet. She evaluated my lashes and even held up different lengths and curls to my lashes to show me how it would look. What an amazing experience. My lashes turned out amazing, the atmosphere is so cozy and good music playing. I would definitely recommend 10/10 🤟🏻

Very satisfied with my eyelash extensions by Winter. Not only was her work incredibly lovely, but she also worked gently, and my eyes had no sting at all after the procedure. This is the first eyelash procedure I was not in discomfort afterwards. Everyone was friendly and professional. The salon is located a stone's throw away from Flagstaff Station, so I highly recommend them if you are in or going to the city! Thank you Sophia Lashes for making me feel pretty and ready for my graduation.
