Lash n Beauty Bloom

I had my nails done at LashnBeautyBloom today and asked for a winter theme. They turned out even better than I expected! with her professionalism, and skills. I truly appreciate how Pree put so much effort into delivering exceptional service. And also love how she keeps her salon very tidy, and clean. I had a lash lift from Pree and she performed an incredibly unhygienic lash lift that gave me conjunctivitis. She refused to provide a full refund nor pay for my medication after I sent her multiple photos of my eyes and offered to send her a doctors note. She blamed me for giving myself the infection after scratching my nose and moving the tape she had on my bottom lashes. The solution continued to seep into my eyes and irritate both eyes and she did little to help it. She sneezed, blew her nose and continued working on me immediately, without washing her hands, which is when I believe further germs would have entered my eye. She commented to me that she has never worked or gained experience in a proper salon, she’s only ever done a course and opened her own salon straight after. The entire experience was traumatising for me and I would not recommend seeing Pree for any eye related treatments.

Amazingly happy with her work. She was compassionate and understood exactly what my requirement was with my nails. Did a great job than I expected. Lovely lady with very clean and tidy saloon. Will definitely come back. All the best Pree.
