I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for lash lifts, extensions and brows, and I can honestly say I’ve never once been disappointed. The consistency in the results is incredible, every visit I leave feeling so happy with how everything looks. Lor and her team are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely warm, friendly and professional. They take the time to get everything just right, and you can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. It’s rare to find a place you can trust completely for this long, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful, reliable results and a lovely experience every time.

I have been getting my lashes done by Lennie for 4-5 years and she is by far the best eyelash technician I have EVER been to. I am ridiculously particular (poor Lennie!) but she never disappoints. In today’s business service, where customer service is the difference between a company being successful or not, I will understand when this company goes bust. They only care about the $$$ not their customers. Do not bother with this company if you are looking for a service that ensures you are provided with what you pay for. There are MANY MORE lash companies around, do not waste your time with this one. Why am I so harsh?….I attempted to contact Lash Loft Thursday evening to ensure I booked the correct time slot for the lashes on the Monday, I always make sure I respect the time that is needed so not to waste the tecs time. No one bothered to get back to me. I booked the time they had left for the Monday, on Saturday night, and didn’t receive a confirmation until Monday at 1103am. Because I had not received confirmation by Sunday, I attempted to cancel and stay with my normal lash tech that was an hour drive away. However, the time to the appointment didn’t allow for me to cancel… Unfortunately, there is a lash loft in WA and In Melbourne… both the exact same name…I am in WA, and had book Melbourne. I turned up to my appointment in WA, which would have been 2 hours late for my appointment in Melbourne. However, no one had called me to see where I was, from the Melb lash loft…. When I arrived at my WA appointment, I called to explain the mistake, that both companies have the same name… I had paid a $90 deposit, but the Melb lash loft have refused to refund me, despite my attempt at ensuring I didn’t waste their time, their lack of communication, the fact I booked the appointment and received no confirmation until mere minutes before the appointment. Was not given a dignified time frame for canceling, nor the option to do so within 11 hours, and their own customer care policy statement, that they will refund half the deposit for cancellations at short notice or no shows, they ignored me, and refused to refund even half the deposit…as pert their policy. No one called me, just sent me a text and said “no refund”. They didn’t even bother to pick up the phone, just ignored me. Which tells me, they know what they did was poor form and they haven’t the guts to face their lack of customer care. Go to a company that values their customers, don’t waist your time with companies that don’t consider the individual that is paying for their service.
