Such a great experience today! Natalia was so kind and gentle. During my first eye lash lift (at a different salon), I had a lot of anxiety and claustraphia, also there was a stinging sensation. I informed Natalia and she did one set of eyelashes at a time, also there was no stinging or discomfort so next time I'll feel confident to get them at the same time. It was so lovely for Natalia to give up her time to do so. Also everything looked great! Very happy with the service and results would highly recommend :)

Natalia is amazing. She listens to what you want and is a very skilled lash specialist. I have had many lash applications in the past with therapist not listening to what I have asked for, …as well issues with the glue and retention. I have been so pleased with the level of service, quality and retention of my lashes. A*++ I would recommend her services to everyone, especially those wanting to a natural yet enhance lash look.

It was my first time ever getting lash extensions, and Natalia was amazing. She took the time to explain the different options and was more than happy to go with what I wanted. Natalie is honestly the best. She’s so patient and genuinely lovely. My natural lashes are extremely curly (almost like a lift, but a bit too lifted), and she always knows how to work with them so they look beautiful and natural. Usually, I’m not one to leave reviews, but after my appointment with Natalia I absolutely had to. I was running late and called expecting frustration, but instead she was so kind and reassuring. When I arrived, she greeted me with the same warmth and calmness, and I immediately felt at ease. Natalia’s energy radiates love and kindness, and I have never had an appointment leave such a lasting impression. She was thorough yet efficient, with a level of care and communication that is rare. I have honestly never left a brow appointment this satisfied. Usually you leave thinking they are “okay” but not quite what you wanted. With Natalia, I walked out absolutely loving them. On top of her skill, she is soft spoken, professional, and her space is spotless and welcoming. It truly feels like a hidden gem. If you are looking for not only perfect brows but also a one of a kind experience, I cannot recommend Natalia more.
