She explained everything in detail, especially around colour selection and shape, which made me feel completely confident and comfortable. I wanted a very natural result, something that looks like my own soft pink lips, and Vivi absolutely nailed it. She carefully chose a colour that suited my skin tone perfectly and worked with such precision and delicacy. The treatment was much less painful than I expected, I actually felt quite relaxed throughout. My lips feel very soft and look incredibly natural.
