Honest review: My nails started lifting and falling off within 2 weeks of having them They charged me $95 for a basic french tip set WITHOUT even doing a manicure… avoid they’ll charge based on how well off you look without providing proper service. This is a scam

People who work there are really lovely but my experiences of getting my shellac/extensions removed have been quite poor. I’ve had my nails removed twice from Haus & Co because of the convenience factor of being near where I live. However, my nails always end up so thin and brittle after leaving the salon. My fingertips are now very sensitive and tingle from time to time and it has been 3 weeks since I’ve had them removed. Will not be returning to remove my nail polish again. The removal costs $20 btw, 1/3 of the price of getting a full set! Update: it’s been more than a month and my nails are detaching from my nail beds! Will not be returning 💀

The lady who did my SNS French manicure was very kind and nice, which I really appreciated. However, the technique was not up to standard, and the results were disappointing. I paid the full price but left feeling unsatisfied and eager to leave quickly. I feel bad leaving this review because of her kindness, but unfortunately, the quality of the service means I won’t be returning.

Quick and easy and a great job. Extra care taken with my poor feet somewhat inflicted by new cute boots. Shellac pedi and mani and perfect. No complaints from me. Kind and friendly. Thank you.
