I’ve been going to Fresh Face Beauty for a couple of years and highly recommend them. They don’t position themselves as a high-end service, so don’t expect high-end amenities. It’s a functional salon at that price point with a big heart. The team is friendly, flexible, attentive and accomodating. I was introduced to them by my daughter and was nervous about returning to eyebrow threading after decades of waxing. Needless to say there was nothing to worry about; Raj is an artist when it comes to all things eyebrows! If she can transform my scant eyebrows into the shape I walk out with, you can trust her with yours! Bharati is another beautician there who understands how fussy I am about my eyebrows and crafts just the right shade for my eyebrow tint and executes a masterful tint. Her meticulous face & body waxing is also carried out painlessly. I enjoy her easy, relaxing conversation through it all. Next service to try out is their newly introduced scalp treatment & massage! Every visit I leave there feeling pampered and a million bucks. Thank you Raj & Bharati.

I truly enjoyed my visit today. The hair massage was soothing and helped release so much tension. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I felt completely relaxed afterwards. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The lady who did my service was lovely but charging $50 for a serum when you can buy the same product elsewhere for $20-$25 is ridiculous. I specifically asked her about other options because funds were tight so it's that adds salt to the wound. I don't think anyone would blink an eye at a slight mark up but well in excess of the RRP and misleading info from staff is unethical

Today was my first time here. I had eyebrow threading and tint. Bharti was so kind and professional she also took the time to explain difference between tint and henna brows. She did an amazing job with my eyebrow shape and the tint too. I will definitely be back. Thank you again Bharti :)

I recently visited this waxing salon for the second time, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The service was top-notch, and girls were super attentive to detail. They made sure the wax was at the right temperature and checked in frequently to ensure my skin was comfortable throughout the process.
