I was quite shocked by the price this time. Eyebrow threading used to be around $15 here, maybe $17–20 at most, so I didn’t think to check beforehand as I’ve been used to the usual pricing. Only when I went to pay did I realize it was $27, which honestly felt very expensive for a basic eyebrow threading service. If I had known the price in advance, I probably wouldn’t have gone ahead with it. The service itself was good and the ladies were lovlies, but informing me at the beginning of thr price change would really help avoid uncomfortable surprises for customers.

The best threading experience. Neema is always so gentle and best at what she does. Super welcoming and professional environment.

I have been coming to exquisite brows for years and i am always so happy great staff

I entered the shop when it was unattended looking for a staff member, door was open, I tried calling the number of the store but no one answered. A worker eventually walked in 20 minutes later who started looking around the shop to see if I had stolen anything, made me feel very uncomfortable & discriminating against how I looked. Customer service was awful not even an apology nor did the worker have any engagement with me. My eyebrows were not done properly and rushed. If there was a 0 start option would have been more recommended.
