Exquisite Brows & Spa Greensborough

Very disappointed with this service today, especially for the price (much higher than other salons in the plaza). The advertised consultation, shaping, and trimming were not provided. The service started without any discussion, and parts of my brows were missed. Tint colour wasn’t discussed and was far darker than expected — it would have been worse if I hadn’t asked for it to be removed early. Excess tint was scrubbed off with alcohol, which caused burning, and no aftercare was applied. I wasn’t given a proper mirror to check the result and had to fix missed hairs at home. Poor quality for the price. Would not recommend.

I visited for an eyelash tint. The worker began putting tint on my eyelashes without any verbal warning (my eyes were closed for the treatment). I flinched and she poked the dye into my eye, which was incredibly painful as it burns. She told me it was my fault because I moved. No attempt was made to apologise. Very poor service and the end result was a smudged mess all around my eyes.

Went in for eyebrow wax, and was happy not to have to wait as place was empty, now I know why. Service was very disappointing it was overpriced, and very poor technique!, the lady didnt hold my skin over eyebrow while peeling off the wax so it was very painful, also charged for consultaion , but didnt even speak a word to me about my eyebrows.

I just paid $43 for cleaning up and upper lip. That’s a bit expensive for not designing and I got one eyebrow bigger than the other. Exquisite is not the same anymore

Really overpriced and does a poor job. I had to ask them to re-do it to get all the hair. Didn’t offer gel or anything. Much better places around.
