Extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr Lash. I specifically asked for consort, but I was unhappy with the results. They offered to redo my lashes, but instead of professionally removing the extensions, they cut my natural lashes. I’m devastated that my healthy lashes were damaged because of such an unprofessional approach. I expected much better care and would not recommend this salon based on my experience. They don’t even deserve any stars!!!!!!!

I booked an appointment with Amy for my Consort style eye lash extension. It was my first time doing eye lash extension and she was very patient and comprehensive about the styles and which suits me best. She listened to what I like and what I didn’t like; not too thick but not too natural. She came through and did such an amazing job. I love how my eye lashes turned out and will definitely book for her again.

I came to do my eyelash for the first time and to my surprised it looks pretty. I hv done eyelashes in many other places but dr lash never fail me. TU, she was very talented and gentle. She gave very good advised on what type of lashes fits my eye shaped. I am thankful for her. Also, the receptionist, Cammi is a very lovalble and sweets girl. Thank you girls for your awesome services and dr lash will be my regular place to visit. Cheers

Had my facial treatment with Charlene and absolutely loved the experience! She was so kind, patient, and really attentive to my skin concerns. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time with every step. I did the Premium Facial Program and it was definitely worth it, especially with the current promotion. They also have different treatment options to suit different budgets, which is great. My skin felt amazing afterwards and I can’t wait to come back again. As my lashes grow super slow and are on the shorter side, I decided to go for the lash lift and tint in hopes it’ll be a more natural look than extenions… I’m honestly devastated at the moment, I even waited a week before posting this hoping with time it’ll get better and with daily brushing. As sweet as the reception and technician there were, I didn’t expect these lashes to get worse, even after following care instruction, especially for the cost paid (despite the new client discount)
