She talked me through colouring and dealt with some pretty significant asymmetry during the pre marking. She adjusted to small things that I noted prior to commencing the actual procedure: ensuring we were both on the same page with the look I wanted. I was kept comfortable and made aware of progression throughout. One week on and I'm impressed with the results, and have received numerous compliments on how my brows look. From the initial consultation, through the booking process, procedure and aftercare, Natalie runs a slick and professional operation.
