I had a lash lift and tint at Charm Lashes, and it was an amazing experience! The space was incredibly clean, welcoming, and cozy—especially the reclining chair. I usually leave lash appointments with back pain, but the comfortable chair and warm blanket made all the difference. They consulted what style I wanted and the lash lift turned out beautifully on my short Asian lashes, The tint really enhanced the look too! I have sensitive eyes, but this was the first time I experienced no stinging or redness afterward. The lifting solution was high-quality with no harsh “perm” smell. I highly recommend Charm Lashes x

I booked here to get my lashes done for the first time expecting the best and I must say it was amazing customer service experience very calm and relaxing but the lashes did not even meet the price…they lasted and looked good for 1 day…I followed all after care steps too!! I hate to even write a review like this but I am genuinely upset and frustrated because I was so disappointed and rather upset…

My first time at the salon but definitely not my last. From start to finish my experience here has been perfect. The space is beautiful and the sign-in process was seamless. The reclining chair is the comfiest I’ve ever sat in whilst having my lashes done and I’m really happy with my results
