Brows Threading

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I am writing this review in the hopes that it will ensure other people don't have the same horrible experience as my poor sister. Last week she visited for a lash lift and after the first process, her lashes were curled so tightly that her lashes scratched her eyelids and they pointed in different directions (I have included photos for reference). My sister explained that she wasn't happy with the results so they went over the lashes again with a second process. This process made half of her lashes fall off due to damage and the skin around her eyes was significantly irritated and started to blister after the appointment. They did not offer my sister a refund but gave her a lash serum. She was charged the full amount. I emailed them a week ago to let them know and asked for a refund on behalf of my sister. They never replied. Please don't get a lash lift here.

Serva has been wonderful to deal with. I looked for an alternative store and right from the outset when I dealt with Serva she was kind and understanding and was able to do professional threading on my eye brows each time carefully undertaking the process retaining the structure that I was after. I will definitely be coming here moving forward particularly with Serva!
